FirstESource.com (FeS) is a web portal focusing on all engineering and manufacturing products & services, serving professionals the world over. FeS arranges unlimited transactions of all kinds of domestic (U.S.) and international requirements of clients.

FirstESource.com (FeS) is the communicator between various buyers and manufacturers / suppliers, facilitating smooth deals between them. It is our concern to see that all transactions are based on cordial terms and both parties benefit mutually from each deal done through us.

We will follow up order placement and billing procedure via our website, but shipment of goods and services are exclusively the concern of manufacturers / suppliers. FeS does not take responsibility of delivery of any products or services.

Shipping point and freight will be solely decided between the buyer and manufacturer / supplier, according to the nature of the product or service, location of manufacture as well as specific terms of manufacturers / suppliers. Terms & conditions regarding shipment and returns are governed exclusively by manufacturers / suppliers.

Shipping method and charges will be calculated with mutual consent between buyer and manufacturer / supplier. You may specify and decide the destination and type of shipping with the concerned manufacturer / supplier on your own discretion. Issues regarding any extra charges, if any, have to be resolved between buyer and manufacturer / supplier. Title and risk of loss pass from the manufacturer / supplier to the buyer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Adherence to the relevant laws and regulations may be decided between buyer and manufacturer / supplier.

Shipment and delivery dates may be discussed with the manufacturer / supplier, in accordance with availability of items you have ordered and shipping option selected by you.

Any issues rising out of dissatisfaction of quality of a product ordered through FeS may be settled with the manufacturer / supplier. Inspection of the item, consequent replacement or refund, may be mutually discussed and decided between buyer and manufacturer / supplier. FeS is not liable in any manner on such eventuality.

The manner of returning any merchandise in original packaging, freight, and other conditions are to be discussed and decided with manufacturer / supplier.

For returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer returning the item must take responsibility for shipping charges and arrange to ship them in a method that allows tracking of the shipment. Insurance against loss or damage also has to be met with.

In no event shall First E Source or any of its subsidies or affiliates be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages incurred including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business or profits, or loss of data.

First E Source does not make any warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or conformity to models or samples.
